Terms of service
Last updated: October 4, 2026
1. Who operates Link'IT
Link'IT is published and operated by Nova Corporation SNC, a general partnership under Swiss law, registered in the commercial register of the Canton of Vaud under business identification number CHE-207.947.982, with its registered office in Vuarrens (Chemin des Alpes 6, 1418 Vuarrens, Switzerland). Its corporate purpose includes the development, operation and sale of software and technology solutions.

2. The service
Link'IT is a content-creation assistant for LinkedIn: it helps write, schedule and publish LinkedIn posts for one or more profiles/pages, using an artificial intelligence model provided by Link'IT (Mistral AI's), with no API key to set up. The user alone decides what is published: anything generated with the help of AI can be reviewed, edited or rejected before publication, depending on the settings chosen for each page.
3. Access and account
A Link'IT account is created and opened by signing in with a LinkedIn account, through LinkedIn's official authentication protocol (OAuth). Link'IT never asks for the user's LinkedIn password: signing in happens exclusively on LinkedIn's own authentication screen. Using the service requires an active subscription (see section 6).
The user is responsible for keeping access to their own Link'IT space confidential, and for any action taken from it.
4. Acceptable use
By using Link'IT, the user agrees:
- not to use the service for illegal, fraudulent or misleading purposes;
- not to publish defamatory or discriminatory content, or content that infringes the rights of others;
- to remain personally responsible, within the meaning of LinkedIn's terms of use, for the content published on their own account through the tool;
- not to try to get around the technical or usage limits of the service.
5. AI-generated content
The texts and visuals suggested by Link'IT are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies or errors. They are provided as drafts: the user alone is responsible for checking that content is accurate and appropriate before it is actually published on LinkedIn, in particular when human review is turned off for a page.
6. Subscriptions, prices and payment
Link'IT is only offered as a monthly subscription; there is no free version. Three plans are available, at the following prices, in Swiss francs (CHF), all taxes included, per month:
- Solo: CHF 19 (1 LinkedIn page, 30 posts generated per month, 1 LinkedIn account);
- Pro: CHF 39 (3 LinkedIn pages, 90 posts generated per month, 2 LinkedIn accounts);
- Business: CHF 79 (10 LinkedIn pages, 300 posts generated per month, unlimited LinkedIn accounts).
Welcome offer: the first month of the first subscription taken out by an account is 50% off. It applies only once per account.
Payment: payment is processed by Stripe; Nova Corporation SNC never has access to the full card details. The subscription is charged when it is taken out, then automatically every month on the same date until it is cancelled. Invoices are available on the Subscription page. Prices are charged in Swiss francs; any currency conversion is made by the user's bank.
Plan limits: generated posts are counted when they are generated, per calendar month; deleting or rejecting a post does not free up quota. Once a limit is reached, generation is suspended until the following month or until the user moves to a higher plan.
Changing plans: moving to a higher plan takes effect immediately and the difference for the current period is charged pro rata. Moving to a lower plan takes effect immediately, any overpayment being deducted from later invoices; it is only possible if usage (pages, accounts) is within the limits of the new plan.
Artificial intelligence: use of the AI model is included in the subscription price, within reasonable use. Each plan includes a number of posts per month and a monthly cap on AI usage, which prevents abnormal use from exceeding the price of the subscription. When this cap is reached, AI-assisted generation is suspended until the 1st of the following month, or until credits are purchased; the rest of the service remains available.
Post credits: a user with an active subscription can buy packs of extra posts as a one-time payment (10 posts for CHF 5, 45 posts for CHF 20, 125 posts for CHF 50, taxes included), up to CHF 100 of purchases per month. Credits are used after the posts included in the plan, include the AI needed to generate them, are valid for twelve months from purchase and can only be used while a subscription is active. They are personal, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for money. Unused credits are refundable on request within 14 days of purchase; credits already used are not. In the event of a refund or a payment dispute, the remaining credits are withdrawn.
Failed payments: if a payment fails, several new attempts are made and access is kept in the meantime. If they all fail, the subscription is cancelled and access to the service is suspended.
Nova Corporation SNC may change its prices; any change is announced to subscribers at least 30 days before it applies to their subscription, which they may cancel in the meantime.
7. Availability
Link'IT relies on hosting providers (in particular Vercel for the interface and Neon for the database, in Europe) and on infrastructure operated by Nova Corporation SNC. The service is provided "as is", without any guarantee of continuous availability; occasional interruptions (maintenance, updates) may occur.
8. Cancellation
The subscription has no minimum term: the user can cancel it at any time from the Subscription page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, until which access remains active; it can be undone until then. Refund terms are described in the refund policy.
Deleting the Link'IT account (from the settings) immediately cancels the current subscription and erases the account's data. Nova Corporation SNC may suspend access in the event of a clear breach of these terms.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Canton of Vaud (Switzerland), subject to the mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to residents of the European Union.
