Cookie policy
Last updated: October 8, 2026
1. What is a cookie
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a site, which lets the site recognise it on later visits or makes some features work.
2. Cookies used by Link'IT
Strictly necessary cookies
Used to keep you signed in to the management space (dashboard), to sign in with LinkedIn and to remember the language you chose (French or English). They cannot be turned off without stopping the service from working.
Audience measurement
Audience measurement (Vercel Web Analytics) counts page views without setting any cookie and without any individual identifier. It is only used to understand how the site is used overall.
Advertising cookies
Link'IT currently uses no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking pixels for marketing.
3. How long they last
The sign-in cookie (linkit_session) expires after 30 days, or as soon as you sign out. The temporary cookie used while signing in with LinkedIn (linkit_oauth) expires after 10 minutes. The language cookie (linkit_lang) expires after 12 months. Your cookie choice is kept in your browser's local storage.
4. How to manage cookies
On your first visit, a banner lets you accept all cookies, reject them all, or choose exactly which categories you accept (essential cookies remain necessary for the site to work). Your choice is remembered on your device and you can change it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which shows the banner again.
You can also set your browser to refuse or delete cookies (in its "Privacy" settings). Refusing non-essential cookies does not prevent access to the public pages of the site, but may limit some features of the management space.
