Refund policy
Last updated: October 4, 2026
1. What this covers
This policy applies to Link'IT monthly subscriptions (Solo, Pro and Business plans) and to post credit packs, paid through Stripe. Prices and billing terms are described in the terms of service.
2. Cancellation
The subscription has no minimum term and can be cancelled at any time from the Subscription page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for: access stays active until then, and no further payment is taken.
3. No pro-rata refunds
A monthly period that has started is not refunded, in whole or in part, when cancelling mid-month, except in the cases set out in sections 4 to 7.
4. Right of withdrawal (consumers in the European Union)
A user who lives in the European Union and subscribes as a consumer has 14 days from their first subscription to withdraw, without giving a reason. The amount of the first payment is then refunded in full and the subscription is cancelled immediately. This right applies to the first subscription of an account.
5. Post credits
Unused packs of extra posts (one-time payment) are refunded in full on request within 14 days of purchase. Once credits have been used, the used part is not refunded: only the remaining credits are, pro rata to the pack. Credits expire twelve months after purchase, without refund. In the event of a refund or a payment dispute, the remaining credits are withdrawn from the account.
6. Billing errors
Any amount charged by mistake (double charge, charge after a cancellation has taken effect, wrong plan) is refunded in full.
7. Service outages
In the event of a prolonged outage attributable to Nova Corporation SNC, a goodwill gesture (credit or partial refund) may be granted case by case.
8. How to request a refund
Send any request to contact@trylink.it, stating the LinkedIn account used to sign in and the reason. Refunds granted are made to the original payment method, through Stripe; how long they take to arrive then depends on the bank (usually 5 to 10 business days).
9. Governing law
This policy is governed by Swiss law, subject to the mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to residents of the European Union.
